We use 46100 aluminum alloys and zama (zinc alloy), capable of combining efficiency and dimensional stability even in the presence of temperature variations and high pressures.

 

Our presses from 200 to 1200 tons allow us to produce complex components with thin walls, maintaining tight tolerances and precise geometries. The result: high-performing and durable parts, ready to be integrated into boilers, radiators, exchangers, or control devices.

Finishing and protection over time

 

Heating systems operate in environments subject to heat, humidity, and thermal variations. For this reason, each piece can be treated with specific finishes that increase its resistance and durability:

  • Zinc-plating and nickel-plating for protection against oxidation
  • Anodization for greater surface resistance
  • Painting for aesthetic integration with design systems

Finishes are selected based on the type of application and operating conditions, maintaining the dimensional precision and functional efficiency of the part.
