Machining represents one of the most important phases of Baggi Die Casting’s production process. After die casting, each component is finished and machined with millimetric precision to ensure full compliance with project specifications.

INTERNAL

Internal Department and Advanced Technologies

Our mechanical department operates CNC machinery, lathes, and milling machines managed by highly qualified personnel. This structure allows us to quickly and accurately perform every type of mechanical reprocessing on components in aluminum and zamak, maintaining the required tolerances and ensuring maximum quality even in series production.

Thanks to an organized and controlled workflow, every order is followed step by step, with the care typical of a company that puts precision at the center of every process.
FINISHING

Finishing: Attention to Every Detail

Before or after mechanical machining, every piece undergoes the necessary surface finishes to achieve an impeccable aesthetic and functional result.
We manage treatments such as:

Deburring, sandblasting, and vibratory finishing for the cleaning and regularity of the piece

Powder coating, liquid coating, and cataphoresis

Zinc plating, nickel plating, chrome plating, and other galvanic treatments

Each finish is selected based on the material and the intended use of the component. The result is a complete product, ready for assembly or immediate use, with a level of finish that reflects the quality and reliability of Baggi Die Casting.

Every machining process is accompanied by an internal quality control system that follows procedures compliant with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard. Our laboratory is equipped with high-precision measuring instruments — three-dimensional machines, stereoscopic microscopes, and dedicated verification equipment — to ensure that every component respects the dimensional parameters specified in the project.

When required, we provide detailed dimensional reports thanks to collaboration with certified partner laboratories, thus guaranteeing complete process traceability and certainty of the result.
