Baggi Die Casting was founded in 2019 from the experience and passion of Martina, Nicole and Riccardo, who chose to continue the work started by their father and uncle, bringing a new vision to a highly technical sector.A young and dynamic approach, founded on solid values: quality, precision, and reliability.

Today the company is a structured reality that combines artisanal experience and latest generation technologies, offering a complete service: from mold design to the production and finishing of die-cast aluminum and zamak components.

PROCESSES

The company's strength lies in its ability to follow the entire production cycle. From the customer's first technical drawing, the internal staff takes care of designing and building the mold, realizing the aluminum die casting, handling mechanical processing, and coordinating surface finishing.

Each phase is managed with attention and method, to guarantee qualitative uniformity and complete traceability. This integrated approach allows for optimizing times, reducing errors, and offering the client a single reference point for the entire project.
VERSATILITY

Materials and production versatility

Baggi Die Casting mainly works with aluminum alloys 46100 and zinc alloys. Thanks to a machine park with presses ranging from 200 to 1,200 tons for aluminum and from 50 to 320 tons for zamak, it is possible to produce pieces ranging from small parts to structural components up to 1.2 kg in weight.
CERTIFICATIONS

Certified quality and constant control

Every component is subjected to dimensional and visual checks according to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard. The internal quality department verifies every production phase, while, upon request, complete dimensional reports are provided through certified partner laboratories.
