Thanks to the automated process management, we can guarantee high productivity and constant quality control, even in the largest batches.

Every detail affects the quality of the result. This is why we use coated hard metal or HSS tools, selected based on the alloy, hole depth, and required finish.
Every tool is monitored and replaced according to preventive maintenance plans, ensuring uniformity and constant precision over time.

Controlled lubrication and targeted cooling systems prevent overheating, improving surface finish and tool life. The result is stable, precise, and reliable drilling, even on parts with complex geometries or thin walls.

Every hole is verified with certified measuring instruments, including digital calipers, bore gauges, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Measurements are performed in compliance with internal procedures certified according to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, ensuring micrometric accuracy and complete traceability.

The collected data allows us to monitor the stability of the process and guarantee dimensional consistency across all production batches.

After mechanical drilling, every component is subjected to mechanical or manual deburring and cleaning, to eliminate any residues and obtain perfectly regular surfaces. When required, vibratory finishing or micro-sandblasting can be performed, ensuring a uniform profile ready for any subsequent treatments.

Every part is delivered free of imperfections, with the hole perfectly defined and dimensions certified.
