Precision that generates movement

In the mechanical sector, every component is part of a larger system where precision, strength, and production continuity are indispensable. Baggi Die Casting produces die-cast aluminum components and mechanically worked parts for companies operating in complex industrial environments, where the reliability of the pieces is synonymous with efficiency and durability.

From mold design to final finishing, we manage the entire production process to offer constant quality and total control over every phase.

Aluminum: strength and lightness for industrial mechanics

Aluminum is the perfect alloy for modern mechanics: it combines lightness and mechanical resistance, ensuring dimensional stability even in the presence of vibrations, heat, or repeated loads.

We primarily work with aluminum alloys 46100 and zamak, chosen for their structural strength, workability, and ability to dissipate heat.

Our press park from 200 to 1200 tons allows us to produce complex and technically advanced components, maintaining tight tolerances and repeatable quality even in large volumes.

Integrated process: from mold to control

Every project begins with the study of the mold, developed internally in collaboration with the client to guarantee maximum production efficiency.

Following this, we internally manage all phases:

  • Aluminum Die Casting
  • CNC Mechanical Machining (drilling, threading, boring, milling)
  • Deburring and Surface Finishing
  • Final Quality Control

This approach allows us to maintain uniformity and complete traceability of the piece, reducing time and costs and offering the client a single technical interlocutor.

Functional finishes and treatments

Mechanics requires components that are resistant and perform over time.

For this reason, we manage specific finishes and treatments based on application needs:

  • Zinc plating and nickel plating for protection against oxidation and corrosion
  • Anodizing for surface hardness and wear resistance
  • Painting or sandblasting for aesthetic or technical finishes

Every intervention is calibrated to improve the functionality and durability of the component, without altering its dimensional characteristics.

Certified quality control

In the mechanical sector, precision does not allow for compromises.

Our quality department, certified according to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, performs dimensional, structural, and visual checks with high-precision instruments such as three-dimensional machines and digital measuring systems.

Upon request, we provide measurement reports and conformity certifications, guaranteeing complete traceability and safety of the production process.

Components for industrial mechanics

We produce die-cast and mechanically worked parts intended for various areas of industrial mechanics:

  • Supports, brackets, and housings for machinery and systems
  • Bodies and components for motors and transmission systems
  • Structural and assembly elements for automatic machines
  • Components for reducers, pumps, and precision devices

Every piece is designed to ensure constant performance, robustness, and long life even in intensive working environments.
